accepts returns/exchanges within 30 days of the shipping date if customers are disappointed with their order.

For any of the following reasons we will give you a full refund:

- The product itself is flawed.
- The quality of the product is poor.
- The final product is not as described.
- The product gets lost in shipping.

We will allow an exchange or partial refund if:

- The size of the product is wrong
- Shipping takes longer than expected

If the fault is with us, we will pay the return shipping.  However if you ordered the wrong size or any other reason that is not the fault of The Farming Store, we ask that you pay the return shipping.
